A
former Justice on the First Court of Appeals, Margaret Mirabal was elected
to the Court in 1988 and re-elected in 1990 and 1996.
Her term expired December 31, 2002. She remains active in
Public Service as a visiting Judge sitting by assignment,
and as an Arbitrator, Mediator, Consultant and Special
Judge under the "Trial by Special Judge"
statute.
